Incorporated during 2018, the Company gets listed on Emirates Stock Exchange (ESE) in June, 2019.
The Company activities are regulated by Central Bank of UAE (CBUAE) and follow the directives of Capital Market Authority (CMA), Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) & other regulatory bodies.
As of 31 Dec, 2018 the company authorized & paid up capital is AED 600 million dividend into 188 million shares of 100 Fils each
